Instructional Design

While the pandemic has altered where and how training is delivered the core product of knowledge transfer is constant. Creating learning materials that are simple to understand and fast to produce is what learners need and businesses want. Finding that balance is critical when producing collateral.

It requires establishing what are the Objectives of the training. The stakeholders need to be able to articulate what the learning has to be able to do when they complete the training course. Getting to those stated objectives requires a deep level of communication between the requestor and the Instructional Design team.

Instructional Design team’s need to take those concepts and translate them into applicable modules so the learner can see how and when to properly apply those lessons.

Continuous Improvement and Closed-Loop evaluations enable the material to stay current and in-step with learned best practices.
